Drivers do not accept any form of payments. All payments or payment information will be collected during the process of booking your reservation.

Yes, after the grace period there will be a waiting time charge. Waiting time charges varies based on the pickup type. You can view detail information about our grace period and waiting time charges.

No, there are no hidden fees. You will be given your estimated total when you confirm your reservation with the exception of additional stops, parking fees or toll charges. These charges will be added on to your invoice at the end of your trip.

You don’t have to worry about giving tip during or at the end of your trip; a standard 20% gratuity is included in each trip. You may add additional gratuity at your discretion by calling or sending us an e-mail.

You can locate the driver by logging into your dashboard from any device. Our drivers also send out a text message before the pickup time; this way you can contact your driver directly. If you need any further assistance locating your driver please call 1(888) 668-2526 ext. 2.

Availability matters based various factors including the time of the day and the day of the week. Our online reservation system will not be able to make a reservation if there is a minimum lead time in place. In this case you can call our dispatch center at 1(888) 668-2526 to check for availability and book a ride.

Each vehicle can accommodate different number of people and bags. More detailed information is available on our fleet page.The driver has the right to refuse service to anyone if the number of passengers or bags exceed the requested vehicle type. In this case passenger will have to upgrade the requested vehicle type or request additional vehicles.
