Things are not going as planned that’s fine. We created a fair waiting time policy & the grace period by keeping all parties in mind (drivers & passengers). Grace period determined by pickup location and starts at the scheduled pickup time. At the end of your grace period, you will be charged $1/minute for the wait time.

Flights usually don’t arrive on time. We collect flight information during reservation so we can track your flight and help you avoid wait time charges.

Your ride will be canceled if we don’t hear from you when 30 minutes have passed after your grace period has ended. You will be charged wait time and other applicable charges.
