How do I locate my driver?
Where do I meet the driver at the airport?
For airport pickups, we offer two options.
- Curbside: Driver will meet you outside the terminal in the limo/passenger pickup area.
- Meet & Greet: Driver will meet you inside the terminal by “Meet & Greet” area or by baggage claim area depending on restrictions in the terminal.
How do I get a receipt of the trip?
Your receipt or invoice will be sent to your e-mail within three business days after your trip. If your reservation is part of a corporate account, then receipts are only e-mailed to the person in charge of the account.
How far in advance can I book a vehicle?
Availability matters based various factors including the time of the day and the day of the week. Our online reservation system will not be able to make a reservation if there is a minimum lead time in place. In this case, you can call our dispatch center at 1(888) 668-2526 to check for availability and book a ride.
Do we pay driver with cash or credit card?
Drivers do not accept any form of payments. All payments or payment information will be collected during the process of booking your reservation.
What if I'm late are there any additional fees?
Yes, after the grace period there will be a waiting time charge. Waiting time charges varies based on the pickup type. You can view the detail information about our grace period and wait time charges.
Are there any additional / hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. You will be given your estimated total when you confirm your reservation except for additional stops, parking fees or toll charges (if any). These costs will be added on to your invoice at the end of your trip.
